Return Policy

At Nikkami Aulaad LLP (“we”, “us”, or “our”), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return policy below to understand your options and rights.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
Incorrect Item: If the item you received is not what you ordered.
Missing Items: If your order is incomplete or missing products.
We do not accept returns for:
Customized or made-to-order items.
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
Hand-painted items (see Section 6 below).
Note: All return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with the following details:

Clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging
Description of the issue

3. Return Process
If your return is approved:
We will provide a return shipping address or arrange pickup where feasible.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Return shipping is covered by us only in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
4. Refunds & Replacements
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Replacements: Dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to availability.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our criteria.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t entered the production or dispatch stage. Custom-made or hand-painted orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
6. Hand-Painted Products
Due to the artisanal nature of our hand-painted products, we follow a specific policy:
No Returns: Hand-painted items are non-returnable unless they are received in a damaged condition.
Exchanges Only: If the product does not fit (e.g., size or wearability issue), we offer an exchange, not a refund.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days and are subject to inspection and stock availability.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
